1、精通熟悉AUTOSAR系统开发与集成

2、OS 移植 CDD复杂驱动开发

3、复杂驱动/中间件开发

4、Bootloader 开发集成

5、有Autosar量产项目配置经验

6、有过团队管理经验，较强协调沟通与领导能力，较强的风险管理意识，可独立或合作完成工作。

7、单片机或嵌入式软件开发

技术要求：

1、电子、计算机及其相关专业本科学历以上，硕士以上优先考虑；

2、精通C语言

3、多年单片机设计开发经验

4、3年以上AUTOSAR 配置开发经验

5、具备良好的英语书面及口语交流能力

autosar Senior Development Engineer

1. Proficient in AUTOSAR system development and integration

2, OS transplant CDD complex drive development

3. Complex driver/middleware development

4. Bootloader development and integration

5, Autosar mass production project configuration experience

6, Have team management experience, strong coordination and leadership skills, strong risk management awareness, can complete the work independently or cooperatively.

7, MCU or embedded software development

Technical requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics, computer and related majors, master degree or above is preferred;

2. Proficient in C language

3, many years of SCM design and development experience

4, more than 3 years AUTOSAR configuration development experience

5, with good written and oral English communication skills
